For nearly two decades, I have had the incredible privilege of supporting Nurtury Early Education, a nonprofit committed to transforming childcare and bridging the achievement gap for children from low-income families. Since 1878, Nurtury has been a beacon of hope, providing high-quality early education to over 1,100 children annually across Greater Boston. This year, I am once again honored to channel my Ironman competition toward supporting their vital work.
On May 4th, 2025, I will compete in the Ironman in Venice, Italy, and I’m eager to raise funds for Nurtury’s ongoing efforts to expand and strengthen its educational services. Specifically, this year, we are focusing on supporting Nurtury’s Family Child Care system—a program that empowers over 150 women-led small businesses in our community. Many of these businesses are run by women of color and immigrant families, and they play a critical role in the childcare landscape. Nurtury’s network provides these entrepreneurs with the resources, professional development, and infrastructure they need to thrive.
As with past races, I am personally matching every dollar pledged to sponsor my race. Your generous donations will directly benefit Nurtury's mission, helping ensure that children in our community have access to the high-quality care and education they deserve.
