Oscar Maltez began his career in financial services through internships at Baystate Financial and State Street, gaining early exposure to investment strategy and financial analysis. He later joined Ropes & Gray LLP, a leading Boston-based law firm, where he honed his analytical and operational skills. Oscar earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where he was also a member of the lacrosse team.
In his role, Oscar helps manage firm relationships and has been instrumental in spearheading Windsor’s business development initiatives—implementing innovative strategies to attract new clients and enhance the existing client experience.
He joined Windsor in 2023 alongside Henry Morales as an Associate in the Boston, MA office.
